Papers and Talks from the CoVis Project

Last Update 1/9/98

This page contains papers and overheads from talks by CoVis staff members or CoVis participants on a variety of topics. (Note: It may be tricky to interpret slides from a presentation without the accompanying narration -- use at your own risk!)

The majority of these papers and talks are made available here as "PDF" files, a format from Adobe designed to work with a variety of computer platforms. You may download free software for viewing these files from the Adobe Acrobat page. Please make sure you have the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat to ensure compatibility. Current versions for Macintosh and Windows are 3.0.

If you do not see the "PDF" icon next to a file, it is available on the web as HTML. If you have trouble downloading or viewing these files, please send email to the CoVis Project's webmaster at webmaster@covis.northwestern.edu.

A full curriculum vitae of the CoVis Project, which includes bibliographic references to many papers and presentations that cannot be made available for distribution via the web (but may still be useful for reference purposes) is also available.

All material on these pages and in the papers and presentations downloadable from them is
